Marine Structural Steel Work

The marine environment can be a testing environment to work in. With our expertise we are able to tackle projects involving steel work and structural steel work within this area.

Recent projects undertaken by Reliance Engineering include a 6 tonne fender for the cross cross channel ferry terminal at Poole harbour, Dorset; third of a tonne dockside crane anchors or lock down sockets; pedestrian link span at the Yarmouth Isle of Wight passenger ferry terminal; boat cradles and lifeboat station ramps.

Our finishing service includes:

• non-slip surfaces (for walkways)
• specialist marine coatings - preserve, enhance
• galvanising

We also offer a refurbishment service via our preferred sub contractor, K and N Finishers Limited.
