NEWS

Reliance Engineering are currently working with Mackley Construction on the Isle of Wight ferry terminals at Yarmouth and Lymington. Work is well under way with the Yarmouth Isle of Wight terminal having had a new passenger boarding platform constructed and installed by Reliance.

Phase 2 of the project will focus on the Wightlink terminal at Lymington. Work is due to commence later in 2009 involving the installation of new passenger boarding platforms.

Wightlink's new larger ferries are able to carry more passengers and vehicles than previous generations and the new installations under construction will meet this demand for many years to come.
